Another family drama for the 37th MMFF this coming December 2011. “Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow” is a tale of love, loss and deception. The movie was directed by Rodolfo “Jun” Lana, Jr.
The story is about what happens to a family when they are faced with a tragedy. It depicts how that particular tragedy changes each and every member of the family and how each member deals with the tragedy that comes upon them.
Also, the family in the movie keeps secret from each other which will definitely add up to the spice in the movie. One member of the family keeps the secret of killing her baby to her husband. Another member loves his still loves his ex-wife; one is having an affair with her girlfriend’s mother; one has a girlfriend whom he knows to be fooling around; and one member pay for sex with her husband’s money. These surely are dirty secrets that they kept from their family.
Maricel Soriano and Gabby Concepcion teams up for this movie. Other members of the full house casts are Jericho Rosales, Dennis Trillo, Paulo Avelino, Lovi Poe, Carla Abellana, Solenn Heussaff, Ronaldo Valdez, Agot Isidro and introducing Eula Caballero. The casting alone makes this a movie date.
The story will surely bring to us the real meaning of family and the love that binds it. Surely, this movie will make us appreciate our family even more. Just an advice, watch the movie with you family and loved ones.
