Deal between MVP and GMA-7 Network, SEALED?

On the social networking site Twitter, an ABS-CBN news reporter posted a tweet implying that Manny V. Pangilinan confirmed that the deal between him and the GMA-7 Kapuso Network has already been sealed.

TV5 owner Manny V. Pangilinan, who is one of the richest man in the country, was rumored to have made a deal with the GMA-7 Network to buy the Kapuso network, with an amount that is “hard to refuse” (CLICK HERE for related article). However, the GMA-7 management immediately denied the rumors.

However, in the tweet posted by Elchico, he said that when he asked MVP if the deal has already been sealed, MVP basically said “YES”. When MVP was first asked, he just smiled and went away. But when the reporter asked him to only give them a “thumbs-up” sign if the deal has indeed been sealed, MVP did raise his thumb in the air.

So, will there really be a KAPUSO-KAPATID merger then?
